Description:

Returns a set of pre-rules to validate billing address, issuing bank country, card type.

Allows to modify the pre-rule for the merchant.
The used have to send the ID of the pre-rule and fields that are to be changed in the request.


priority

Allows to change the execution priority of the pre-rule.

Parameters:

highest - assignes a highest priority to the rule
lowest - assignes a lowest priority to the rule
+N - increases priority of the rule by N, where N is an integer value
-N - decreases priority of the rule by N, where N is an integer value
